1. General Introduction
This manual helps you understand how to use, charge, and maintain your T1 e-bike safely. Read it thoroughly before riding. For service and technical support, contact your dealer or official store.
2. Bike Components
2.1 Handlebar

3. Installation & Adjustment
3.1 Handlebar & Stem
- Install the folding stem and lock the folding buckle.
- Align quick release, insert handlebar, then lock.
3.2 Opening & Folding
Lift the fixed buckle before folding the e-bike.
3.3 Pedals
- “R” pedal → right side → tighten clockwise.
- “L” pedal → left side → tighten counter-clockwise.
- Tip: Start threading by hand, then use the wrench.
3.4 Saddle Position & Height
Aim for near full leg extension at the bottom of the pedal stroke; toes should still touch the ground. Close the seat post quick-release firmly.
3.5 Saddle Tilt & Fore-aft
Loosen the underside bolt, set tilt and fore-aft to suit your reach, then tighten securely.
4. Battery & Charger
4.1 Install & Remove
Use the key to lock/unlock the battery. Ensure it is locked in place before riding.
4.2 Charging
- Turn off the battery (LEDs off).
- Plug the charger into the wall socket first, then connect to the battery.
- Charger LED: red = charging, green = full.
- Do not leave charging unattended. Charge on a dry, non-flammable surface.
4.3 Range & Care
- Range: 25–55 km depending on assist level, terrain, rider weight, stops/starts, tire pressure, etc.
- Start riding while pedaling (not throttle only) to improve efficiency and battery life.
- Do not store fully discharged; for long storage, recharge to ~50% every 2 months.
- Store at 15–25°C in a dry place.
5. Recommendations & Maintenance
Avoid high-pressure water/air on electrical areas. Clean shells with a soft cloth and neutral solution; dry afterward. Avoid harsh detergents on metal parts. Store away from rain/snow/sun.
5.1 Recommended Torque Values

5.2 Maintenance Schedule
- Tire pressure & condition
- Brake lever feel
- Quick-releases locked
- Handlebar & saddle alignment
- Battery pack locked
- Wheel check; clean & lube chain
- Check brake pads
- Lube forks, brake cables
- Lube folding mechanism
- Torque-check all bolts
- Inspect frame & welds
- Spokes, rims, hubs, headset, BB
- Replace pads/cables/tires (as needed)
6. Safety & Modifications
6.1 Battery Safety
- Handle with care; keep away from children.
- Do not disassemble, hit, pierce, or submerge.
- Keep away from >60°C; avoid shorting contacts.
- Never charge unattended or sleep near a charging battery.
- Use only the supplied/approved charger.
- Do not use a damaged battery.
6.2 Modifications
Unapproved changes to frame, fork, motor, controller, or braking can compromise safety and void warranty. Consult a trained technician/manufacturer before adding or replacing parts.
