Shipping Policy

We are committed to providing reliable delivery service within the U.S. The terms below apply to U.S. domestic orders.

1) Service Area & Carrier

  • Where we ship: Contiguous United States (48 states) only.

  • Excluded locations: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR) — not serviced at this time.

  • Carrier: FedEx (Ground / Home Delivery), selected at our discretion for optimal routing.

Note: This is domestic U.S. shipping and does not involve customs clearance.

2) Delivery Timeframe (Business Days)

  • Business day basis: Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Transit time: 3–5 business days after dispatch via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery.

  • Processing & handoff: We ship on business days. During peak/promotional periods or due to severe weather and carrier capacity, delivery may be delayed.

3) Shipping Fees (Free Shipping Scope)

  • Free shipping on all products to the contiguous 48 states (standard delivery).

  • Not applicable to AK/HI/PR (no shipping offered).

  • No residential surcharge within the free-shipping area.

  • Address corrections / reroutes / re-delivery fees—if any—follow the carrier’s policies and may be passed through when caused by incorrect or changed addresses.

4) Duties & Taxes

  • Customs duties: Not applicable for U.S. domestic shipments.

  • Sales tax: Calculated at checkout according to state/local regulations (if applicable).

5) Shipping Methods

  • Standard (included): FedEx Ground / Home Delivery, 3–5 business days transit.

  • Expedited options: Not offered at this time. If you have time-sensitive needs, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

6) Address & Delivery

  • Address changes: Allowed before shipment only; once shipped, changes follow carrier rules.

  • Signature/service type: Determined by the carrier based on address type and safety protocols. If you need special handling, please contact us before ordering.

7) Exceptions & Delays

  • Severe weather, natural disasters, public events, and carrier network congestion may impact delivery times. We will assist with tracking and carrier follow-up as needed.
